3. What are the services I can avail at Payworld?
Aadhaar Enabled Payment Service (AEPS), Micro ATM (MATM), Domestic Money Remittance, Rail E-Ticketing (IRCTC), AIR & BUS Ticketing, Amazon E-Shopping, Insurance POS, Bill Payments, Mobile & DTH Recharge, Pan Card Service, ITR Filling, Hotel Booking, Cash Management System, Loans, API.
4. How many service can I avail at one time?
You can avail all our services by purchasing the Full Service Pack ID, else opt for individual service as per your requirement to initiate your business.
5. Is there any monthly transaction limit of my account?
No not all, you can do as many as transactions from your Payworld account & earn more.
6. How should I become Payworld retailer?
Visit www.payworldindia.com, Click Sign Up & Fill the required details.
7. I am not able to create my password?
Just relax; please check whether your password meets the following criteria: Password should be of minimum 8 characters. Password should have minimum 1 capital letter, 1 number & 1 small letter. Password should have one special character like !, @, #, $, >.
8. What documents I need to submit for verification process?
ID Proof – Pan Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Passport (any one) Address Proof – Aadhaar Card / Pan Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Passport (any one) Recent Photograph
9. How can I update my trading balance?
Login to your Payworld account, Click Home, Go to Payments & Select Online Payment Method. You can update your trading balance through various online payment modes like Net Banking or Debit Card.
10. What is the minimum amount I need to deposit to start business with Payworld?
There is ZERO fee for joining Payworld, you can start your business with the minimum trading balance of Rs.1000 .
11. Where can I access my Payworld account?
You can access your Payworld account anywhere on your Desktop / Laptop or Android Mobile.
12. What if I forgot my login credentials at Payworld?
Don’t worry, simply click on Forgot Password from your Payworld account login page.
13. My Information is not correct. How do I update that?
Login to Payworld account, Go to Profile section & update the required changes with supporting documents. In case of any issues, CALL us at 011 3315 8888.
14. Where can I see my sale reports?
Login to your Payworld account, Click Home & Select Reports, under which you can check your desired reports.
