	Mr. Pankaj Goel- CEO
	Pankaj has a breadth of experience in various industries including Retailing, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Products, Consulting, Printing & Packaging and more. Pankaj brings a strong General Management & Marketing background to the CEO position of PayWorld. His experience has been broad, including high-level market opportunity assessments, re-branding of existing products, and cross-global launches. Other expertise has been built on engagements involving sales force effectiveness, development of corporate, regional & business unit level strategies, corporate venturing and extensive experience in organizational design. Pankaj has a strong educational background from premier institutes like IIM Bangalore & IIT Delhi. In addition to this he is Green Belt in 6 Sigma & a qualified Lead Auditor for ISO 9000



	Mr. Praveen Dhabhai- COO
	Praveen is an engineering graduate from BITS, Pilani and is having more than 18 years of experience in IT and Telecom field .Praveen, prior to joining PayWorld had worked with e-Charge and was one of the persons who initiated electronic distribution of pre paid products in India. He is having very good experience in channel development, tie ups with retail chains and implementing various business models for electronic distribution.



	Mr. Sameer Sehgal- Manager - Operations
	Sameer has been working with Payworld since 2005 and brings in vast Channel development & operational experience in this organization. Sameer is management graduate & has broader experience in FMCG & Retailing industry. Prior to joining Payworld Sameer has worked with PepsiCo & Hindustan Unilever Ltd.
