PayWorld is a brand name of the outlet of Sugal & Damani Utility Services Pvt Ltd and has been created to provide convenience to consumers. The retailer will be simply operating with a terminal and a scanner in the process. The consumer brings the bills, which are then scanned by the retailer and data entered into the terminal electronically, the consumer pays the bill amount and a receipt are generated which is given to the consumer. The money and the data are then transferred to the specific utility company for updating their records.

How do I make a payment?

Your utility or service provider will supply you with a card, key or bar-coded bill which you just need to bring to your local PayWorld, with your cash to make your payment. You will always get a receipt for the payments you make.

What do I do if I have a question about my bill or service?

PayWorld do not hold any details about customer accounts, therefore you must contact your utility or service provider if you have any questions about your bill or service.
What payments can I make?
Payments accepted like your gas, phone, water, credit cards, electricity meter; pay all your major utility bills; as well as recharging your mobile phone.
